Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
  • Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
  • Fill and bake: Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool: Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
