1 ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream 🥛
1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced 🍓
¼ cup Crushed Freeze-Dried Strawberries (optional) 🍓
1 tbsp Melted Butter 🧈


Instructions

Crush vanilla cream cookies until fine.
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
Press mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan for crust.
Chill crust for 30 mins.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beat until fluffy.
Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract.
Whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
Pour filling over chilled crust and smooth top.
Arrange fresh strawberry slices over filling.
Chill cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Mix crushed freeze-dried strawberries with melted butter and sprinkle over chilled cheesecake before serving.
