Notes
- Crust Options: For a gluten-free crust, use gluten-free cookies or a graham cracker crust made with gluten-free graham crackers. You can also use a nut crust made with chopped nuts and melted butter.
- Sweetener Options: If you’d like to reduce the sugar content, you can try using a lower amount of powdered sugar or substituting some of it with a sugar substitute suitable for baking.
- Lactose Options: While not strictly lactose-free, some people with lactose intolerance can tolerate cream cheese in moderation. You can also explore using a lactose-free cream cheese alternative if available.
- Serving Suggestions: For an extra touch, drizzle the top of the cheesecake with melted white chocolate or chocolate ganache before serving. You can also serve it with whipped cream and additional fresh strawberries.
- Storage: The cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
