  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: avocado, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, walnuts, croutons

Instructions

  1. Cook the Shrimp:
    • Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
    • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Lettuce:
    • In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until well-coated.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
    • Add a portion of the dressed lettuce to the center of the tortilla.
    • Top with cooked shrimp and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    • Optionally, add avocado, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, walnuts, or croutons for added flavor and texture.
    • Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  4. Serve:
    • Slice the wrap in half if desired.
