For the Non-Alcoholic Tequila Limeade:

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup agave nectar
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • Ice

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss sliced chicken in the spice mixture until well coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.
  • Warm corn tortillas on a griddle or skillet.
  • Assemble tacos by placing chicken on tortillas and topping with red onion and cilantro.
  • For the limeade, combine lime juice, agave nectar, and sparkling water in a pitcher. Stir well.
  • Add lime zest to the limeade and mix gently.
  • Serve tacos with the non-alcoholic tequila limeade and lime wedges on the side.
