Description

Transform ordinary pretzel sticks into spooky Halloween treats with these easy-to-make Spiderweb Pretzel Bites. Perfect for parties, trick-or-treaters, or a fun family activity, these creepy-crawly snacks combine the satisfying crunch of pretzels with the sweetness of white chocolate, creating a delightful treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (12 ounces) pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 small package edible black sugar pearls

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip one end of each pretzel stick into the melted white chocolate.
  • Place the dipped pretzel on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Using the remaining melted chocolate, drizzle it over the rest of the pretzel stick in a spiderweb pattern.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, place two black sugar pearls on each pretzel stick to create the spider’s eyes.
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate has completely set.
  • Carefully remove from the parchment paper and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, work with a few pretzels at a time to ensure the chocolate doesn’t set before you can add the eyes.
  • If the melted chocolate starts to thicken, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds and stir until smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to a week.
