Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bag (12 ounces) pretzel sticks
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small package edible black sugar pearls
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Dip one end of each pretzel stick into the melted white chocolate.
- Place the dipped pretzel on the prepared baking sheet.
- Using the remaining melted chocolate, drizzle it over the rest of the pretzel stick in a spiderweb pattern.
- While the chocolate is still wet, place two black sugar pearls on each pretzel stick to create the spider’s eyes.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate has completely set.
- Carefully remove from the parchment paper and serve.
Notes
- For best results, work with a few pretzels at a time to ensure the chocolate doesn’t set before you can add the eyes.
- If the melted chocolate starts to thicken, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds and stir until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to a week.
